Welcome to WePlay, a mobile application operated by Jugendstil, SLU ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using WePlay, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least thirteen years of age, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use WePlay. If you are under eighteen, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Use of the App

You agree to use WePlay only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality. You may not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct, harass or impersonate others, or attempt to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or exploit the App or its content without authorisation. The App may contain links to third-party content and services, for which we are not responsible.

Accounts and Security

Certain features may require the creation of an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your login information.

Content and Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and features of WePlay are owned by or licensed to Jugendstil, SLU and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without written permission. By submitting content to the App, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display that content in connection with the App.

Purchases, Subscriptions, and Payments

Some features require payment. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play or Stripe, and their terms apply. Purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or by platform policies. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Privacy

Your use of WePlay is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we process your personal data in accordance with Andorra's Qualified Law 29/2022 on the Protection of Personal Data (LQPD).

Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to WePlay at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful behaviour. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

WePlay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for damages resulting from your use of the App.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jugendstil, SLU, its affiliates, and employees from any claims or damages arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The laws of the Principality of Andorra govern these Terms. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Andorran courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be published in the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
